How hosting works, step by step

We check your ID, address proof, photos and home video, and call you.

We share guest details (dates, group size, food preference) at least 15 days before.
Host & get paid
Cook, share your culture — your payout arrives by UPI or bank within 72 hours.

- No asking guests for money personally
- No political or religious discussions
- A hygienic, clean dining area
- Only home-cooked food
- Respectful, polite hospitality at all times
- Alcohol only if the guest requests and it's legal
- Inform us 15 days before the hosting day

Every NamasteTrip host family is verified before welcoming guests. Families submit Aadhaar and PAN identity documents, address proof, family and home photos and a home video, declare that no criminal case is pending, and sign a hosting agreement covering hygiene and conduct. We currently welcome guests in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi and Goa, and we accept applications from other major cities for future expansion.

No — basic, friendly English is enough. Warmth matters more than grammar.
How often will we host guests?
It depends on demand in your city and your availability. You can tell us which days suit your family.
