Hotels in India must record every foreign guest’s passport and visa and report the stay to the immigration authorities on Form C, so carry your passport to check-in. Standard check-in is usually between 12 PM and 2 PM and check-out between 11 AM and 12 PM. NamasteTrip replies to hotel requests within 24 hours.
Peak hotel season in most of India runs from October to March, and from December to January in Goa, so NamasteTrip recommends booking 4–8 weeks ahead for those dates. Indian hotel prices are often displayed before GST, so always compare the final price including taxes. NamasteTrip does not collect hotel payments itself.
