Host terms & conditions

Guidelines, safety rules and the hosting agreement for NamasteTrip host families.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern hosting activities under the NamasteTrip “Dining with Family” program. NamasteTrip is a brand of Bijnori AI Technology, a sole proprietorship of Pramod Kumar. By submitting the Host Application Form, you legally accept all terms below.

1. Host eligibility requirements

  • At least one adult must be 21+ years old.
  • Valid Aadhaar and PAN card are mandatory.
  • Home must be clean, safe, and located in a residential area.
  • No pending criminal cases, FIRs, or court judgments.
  • All adult family members must consent to hosting.
  • Host must not misuse guest data or personal information.

2. Host responsibilities

  • Prepare hygienic, fresh, home-cooked food.
  • Provide a clean dining area and kitchen at all times.
  • Maintain respectful and warm behaviour toward guests.
  • Follow booking time — punctuality is required.
  • No demand for money or gifts from guests.
  • No religious, political, or sensitive discussions.
  • Report any emergency to NamasteTrip immediately.

3. Payments & fee structure

  • NamasteTrip decides the guest price and host payout.
  • Host payout is fixed according to the city.
  • Payment is transferred via UPI / bank within 72 hours after hosting.
  • Hosts must NOT accept direct payments from guests.
  • Voluntary tips from guests are allowed.

4. Cancellations & penalties

  • Hosts must inform cancellation at least 24 hours before.
  • Last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary suspension.
  • NamasteTrip may reassign guests to another host if necessary.
  • Guests will receive full refunds if a host cancels.

5. Legal declarations

  • The host declares no criminal case or FIR is pending.
  • The host has never been convicted of any offence.
  • All documents provided are true and valid.
  • NamasteTrip may verify documents anytime.
  • False information may result in a permanent ban.

6. Privacy & data protection

  • Aadhaar and PAN data are stored securely.
  • No host information is shared with guests.
  • Uploaded photos/videos are only used for verification.
  • Hosts may request data removal after exiting the program.

7. Hosting agreement (legal contract)

By applying as a Host Family, you enter into a service agreement with NamasteTrip. You agree to provide cultural dining experiences to guests in a safe and respectful manner. NamasteTrip may suspend or terminate hosting immediately in case of misconduct, unsafe conditions, or violation of terms. This agreement becomes effective from the date the Host Application Form is submitted.

NamasteTrip host families receive a fixed, city-based payout for every guest visit, transferred by UPI or bank within 72 hours of hosting. Hosts receive guest details at least 15 days in advance and must not accept direct payments from guests, although voluntary tips are allowed. NamasteTrip contacts new host applicants within 3–5 business days.
