NamasteTrip (namastetrip.in) is a travel company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We offer our own experiences — Indian wedding tours, Dine With Locals and treks — and help you book flights, activities, hotels and eSIMs through trusted partners.
Flights, activities and eSIMs are booked on third-party websites (for example Travelpayouts partner sites and Klook). NamasteTrip does not sell airline tickets directly and is not responsible for partner prices, availability, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes or other issues arising from airlines or third-party providers.
Prices and availability shown by partners can change at any time without notice. Prices for NamasteTrip experiences are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Passport assistance is a private service; passports are issued only by the Government of India.
By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Trek prices are fixed per person plus 5% GST, the passport assistance fee is ₹1,500 per application and Gen-Z cashback is ₹50–₹400 per eligible booking.
Dine With Locals must be booked at least 15 days ahead, and we reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.

When you send an enquiry or booking request through a form on this website, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates and preferences). Form submissions are delivered to us through the Formspree service (formspree.io). We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange the service you asked for.
We never ask you to upload Aadhaar, passport or payment details through this website. Payments for flights, activities and eSIMs are handled by our partners on their own secure websites.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people needed to deliver your booking (for example a host family, trek leader or hotel partner).
Third-party partners — including Travelpayouts, airline and booking platforms, Klook, Formspree, Tidio (chat), WhatsApp and Google Analytics — may collect information under their own privacy policies.
